You won't know until you purchase it but generally you will see things like cheaper finishes, bad fitment, improprely designed sensor ports for the MAF (or sometimes no port at all), cheap filters and couplers.

There is a chance that it may end up being perfectly fine.

My one criticism of that system though is that you are moving from a cool air OEM system (it draws from the bumper area) to a hot air by bringing the filter ports to the engine bay.
