have stillen g3 laying in my room, just picked up the car yesterday. has under a 100 miles on it, should I wait till the 1,000 mile break in or would I be safe to throw the intakes on right away?

There is generally very little or no break in period (depending on who you talk to) on most newer motors. I don't see why it would be a problem to install your Gen 3's right away. Could be beneficial to have the ECU learn the intake a little sooner as well

Right now I have fast intentions non-res CBE and R2C intake only, but about to pull the trigger on:
Z1 test pipes
Z1 intake manifold
Stillen underdrive pulley kit

Should I get a tune? Also what is a rough estimate on HP/WHP?

Yes. That's a lot of breather mod changes

You should at least have it run on the dyno to check A/F Ratios. You will most likely need a tune and would definitely benefit from it. If you upgraded to STILLEN Gen 3's you'd probably be in the 330 whp range (if on 93 octane).

Car came with a Nismo CBE (I'm guessing it's a dealer install option from Day 1 - It's on there like factory)

I'm looking into Berk HFCs and I dunno what intake to go with yet.

Do I need a tune?

It's not absolutely required, but yes. You'll get much out of your mods if you tune the car to them. You also get some pretty nice secondary benefits. Wait until you have the HFCs and intake installed. No reason to get tuned until you have all your bolt-ons done. Go see JTran, they'll take care of you.

Mods Currently On

Motordyne M370
Motordyne ART Pipes
Akrapovic Evolution CBE

My plan is to go FI but thats not happening anytime soon (7AT - rebuild transmission and all)
Should i get a tune ? Since i have the m370 manifold should i also get the stillen gen 3 just to compliment them ? What is this throttle bodies ? Do they provide NA gains ?
My AFR must be messed up i assume

(i should probably make a single thread for myself as i keep asking questions in every thread)

I am probably too late!!!! However, whenever you bought the M370 you should have had a tune lined up as well. I would not have bought that part without everything else due to the fact that it practically requires a tune. You also do not have cats due to the ART pipe. You, my friend, desperately need a tune .

You won't lean out with a catback only. No tune needed.

Default Should I get a Tune?

Hey guys, I am currently running STILLEN G3 Longtube intakes, ARK GRIP V2 CBE.

Every now and then i'll drive it hard and maybe get a p0300 code and just do a ecu reset and it'll go away. I figured it had something to do with having a more lean AFR while on the top end.

I just purchased a Tomei EXPREME Ti and going to mate it to a motordyne XYZ testpipe modular Y-PIPE and also got some BERK HFCs on the way as well...

My question here is will the ECU be able to adjust this time or will I definitely be running too lean and need a tune?

Thank you.

You would see a definite performance improvement, the general rule is 3 air mods for a tune and you have reached that level

Currently have Gen 3's along with a NISMO H pipe and mid pipe mated to a resonated axleback from Topspeed. Car feels way livelier and faster than stock, AFR on Torque Pro fluctuated from 11.8-13.3 on WOT. Not sure if that's accurate or good.
