Sorry for the delayed response but this is meant to only bolt to a factory Base Model, Sport and Convertible stock exhaust. It is just a muffler delete. I am not sure if it will fit the Nismo but I do know it will look very out of place on the Nismo rear bumper. -Adam Also we do not have any dyno numbers for this exhaust.

Do you have any sound clips of these on your shop's Z? you did mention that the sound changed from the regular tip short tails. I would like to hear it before going placing the order.

I will try and get the clip but it sounded the same once the intakes were installed on Randy's vehicle.

As for dyno numbers, I'd guess a very modest gain of under 4 hp and similar tq gains. The muffler section may be restrictive but the best gain from these would be the weight loss or the sound. No giant, ~35 pound can in the rear. Unless you popped off the Y pipe, changed the OEM cats, or just got a full catback, not much to see in power gain. I would love these Ti tips, very tastefully done. Unfortunately, I work on a terrible, monthly paycheck. Just spent my most recent one on some test pipes and other miscellaneous needs for living. At 450 a pop for inhouse manufacturing and engineering, this is an absolute steal. I guess I'll have to ante up 600 when these are actually retailed. Great job. You guys at AAM are doing great work.

We are just waiting for our shipment to leave the manufacture. We ordered a LARGE amount and they didn't have enough to fulfill the order. It is a big change as the tip design is totally different. The S/S one is a rolled tip this is a double roll basically and doesn't trumpet as much. Hard to describe but I will post pics of when they are here side by side to a S/S one. Also we are crazy backed up in production right now also which isn't a bad thing so to speak as the guys have plenty of work but it is bad for me in sales telling you guys about wait time .

Thanks, and just for clarification, I have a 370Z sport touring NOT the Nismo model. What I do have is the S-tune CBE. |

We are waiting for shipping confirmation. Once that is known it takes about a week or so to get to us as long as there are no hiccups along the way then we can start to produce.
