My new Franken-xaust (video)
Had to make room for the GTM diff cooler, so the invidia gemini muffler section had to go. Replaced it with two glasspacks from summit racing at Z1 today. It might be a little loud for a daily driver, but it sounds sweet. It sounds like it has a rasp in the video a little with the computer speakers but it really doesn't.
Exhaust is comprised of Berk test pipes, Invidia piping to the muffler, including their resonators and the glasspacks. Hybrid exhaust - YouTube |
Nice! sound matches the look of the car - raw and track worthy

Nice dude. glad its done.
So when Settle drives by on the track, you said there goes thunder. What will you be nicknamed now? |

Sounds mean.

A VQ should have a little rasp. The tone on this car almost calls for it. Other cars can't pull it off but the Z's do tremendously... some people don't like it but to me. It just sounds so raw with the rasp.

Not a fan of the sound, TBH, but to each his own.
Props for trying something different from the norm. |
It may look and sound like crap, but I'll take you on a road course any day mr franco. The car isn't street driven other than Zdayz, so I don't really care how it looks or sounds. My differential stays cool now.
