That is a very clean pic of your CAI.

Yeah, I was on a mission... It started raining about 30 minutes in but I stuck with it. No big deal, just doing what we do...

How long did it take for you to uninstall the factory AI & install the CAI?

Took me about 3 hours because I foolishly thought that the instructions were all inclusive (or correct!) and I got hung up on the routing of the silicone couplers through the radiator support. If I had to do it again, easily less than 90 min. FWIW, there is a DIY here on taking off the bumper and it was priceless. It is actually pretty easy.

I highly recommend the Takeda. The fact that it uses the same aFe filter material (Pro Dry S) as I have in my truck is a bonus. Every part is of nice quality, installation is easy (I'm a slow modder! I blame the rain...), and it looks Big Baller when its done.
Performance wise, it took a few miles to settle in, but the butt dyno is happy too.

Nice...... Sounds like a good win/win for you big guy. For me the LT CAI would be the Takeda. I would have to figure out how in the F to take off front bumper to install or clean filter. The hassel free idea would be the K&N Replacement Filters & the Post-MAF Intake Hose. Now is there a huge night & day difference b/w the two not to sure.

Once you've removed the bumper an realize how easy it is, it won't be a problem again.
