HKS hi power exhaust + Hotchkis sway bars?

Can anyone with both of these comment on fitment and/or any issues with the rear sway bars? More specifically, I'm wondering if the HKS exhaust rattles or has issues with

Can anyone with both of these comment on fitment and/or any issues with the rear sway bars? More specifically, I'm wondering if the HKS exhaust rattles or has issues with the rear sway bars under various driving conditions? I currently have the CNT exhaust and the rattle that's created by it hitting the hotchkis sway bar bothers me too much.
