The view from the rear suggests the fix is easy.

On the axleback section where the tubes converge next to eachother... Loosen up the axleback section V-band clamps a bit and then push up on both of the tubes where they converge together.
That will bring the tips to center with respect to the valence. Experiment with it on each side and let me know what you find. You can get each side to center perfectly.
