Yup, what daisuke said, it's about the sound, it's not having rasp, or so much extra volume etc.

No argument, they're expensive, but they're incredibly well built and do what they say on the label.
There are tons of independent dyno's, on my older DE motor, on the HR etc as well as 370's.
