Quad vs Dual
Im debating getting the Zele exhaust and i just want to know if anyone knows if its just for looks or if it actually adds some power, and if anyone knows a better exhaust system or an exhaust that lays down some serious sound/hp. Goal:4-500hp. Thanks!

It is for looks and will not work with the stock bumper!

4-500hp, try a Twin Turbo.

Depends on your budget. Myself and a lot of the forum love fast intentions. Give Tony a call!

unless your planning on getting the zele bumper as well = pricey, don't bother. There will not be additional performance gain.

Well if you are going with supercharging? That would be serious power gains. If you go with an exhaust? That's power enhancement. Get a supercharger if you want that much power. |

A good exhaust on the Z is not going to get you to 400hp? A built motor might not even get you to there in some cases...

I think everyone is confused in this thread
OP wants a setup where he gets between 400-500 hp, however, he wrote it 4-500 as in 4-5 hundred, but most people saw that as he wants 4 to 500 hp (big range). People started making jokes about exhausts will give you 4, FI will give you 500. What he wants to kno (i thinK) 1. what is better exhaust set up for force induction? 2. is 4 tips better than 2? no 3. What kind of things will get him in the 400-500 range? any type of forced induction will get you there

Quad tips on our cars I think looks like crap, and its just for looks. If you plan on going SC/TC I would look into the current FI and I think I heard FI is coming out with a 3in exhuast which would be good for the turbo. GTM also has a nice 3in exhaust. All this info can be found using the search function.
