Opinion Need: Is this a good deal?

My friend is parting his Z. He is offering his JWT Dual Pops and Z1 MAF tubes for $400. I know they haven't been used much because his car has just been sitting since we came back from deployment. My question is it really worth the money or should I just buy a new intake?

TL;DR
Buy used tubes + JWT intake or new intake?

I'd only pay 200-250...for 400 buy used g3's

Yeah after doing some looking I see the price for both would be about $420 new. Thanks folks.
