2 lighter weight
3 ability to upgrade in stages/modular fashion... buy cat-backs, then 6 mos later test pipes, then maybe headers, etc
4 cost
5 louder and more powerful sounding
6 louder but NO RESONANCE
7 good looking tips / visible portions

Except for number 2, The Berk fits this well and I just happen to have a slightly used one for sale. Berk For Sale
