Tell her the new exhaust system will give you better gas mileage and put more money back in (HER) pocket.

Tell her you are putting an exhaust on it because you want to!

Tell her...NOTHING, maybe she won't notice it.

Seriously though, if you have any questions or would like to place an order, please do not hesitate to call me directly...

Thank you, Tony

Just do it. She'll never know...seriously.
We have separate checking accounts, so we do do whatever we want. Anyway, I did a Chit load of changes and wife never noticed a thing...didn't even bother to tell her, since she doesn't know an exhaust from an intake.
I can assure you..she'll never notice. If you really need to get a green light..just tell her you really wanted to do this BEFORE you got the car.

Just do it. It's easier to ask for forgiveness, then to ask for permission. :icon14:

Just ordered my exhaust and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Tony! He didn't just take my order and hang up. He took the time to talk to me and figure out what would be exactly perfect for my Z and for my own personal needs. Hands down best customer service I have received in a long time. Knowing that this isn't some pre-made assembly line part also gives me great assurance that all the online reviews and videos aren't a hoax. I am ecstatically waiting for the exhaust!

:iagree:

Same here, very happy with customer service.

Either money on the exhaust or hookers, her choice

It's still pretty loud with the 18" resonators. It's by far my favorite thing about my car now. I also can't say enough about how nice Tony is. Really glad I went with Fast Intentions.

How would you rate (0-10) the sound difference from none to 12" to 18" res?

Here is the best way to rate the sound.

1 being the loudest and 10 being the quietest.

1: Non Res / 2 / 3 / 4: 12" / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10: 18"

That is my scale when explaining it over the phone. This scale specifically pertains to interior noise resonance.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to call me directly...

Thank you, Tony

Yes, I am glad that you upgraded to the 18" as well. I think for what you want, it makes more sense...

Thanks, Tony

I whole heartedly agree. Fast Intentions, especially Tony are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Whenever someone makes you feel good about dropping $2k, you know they're special.

roplusbee 02-01-2012 09:23 AM

Ditto! Tony is definitely the man. As far as the 18" resonators go, it is fairly mild/quiet until you get on it. At that point it really wakes up.
