It looks just like the topspeed pro-1 exhaust (sounds like it too based on the videos). Rebranded maybe?

Looks like the exhaust tips are double walled, much better looking than the Top Speed's.

Im looking to buy either Prostreet N1 or the Gemini. I like this one better, but so far I cant find it.

That's identical to the 5Zigen exhaust I just installed. Sounds the same also - awesome!

I wonder what the pricing is

Lobo1114 12-30-2011 10:06 PM

ok. its probably costy anyways. I think ill go with Invidia Gemini. Its on ebay for $895 with Titanium tips and it sounds nice. Tomorrow Im going to the Z Meet up at Columbia, MD. Ill probably find some ideas there or better someone who got the ProStreet N1 who can point me in the right direction.

If you are going invidia Gemini get a quote from jomer at fbnissan, you will be glad you did. A lot of us here have ordered from him, great prices and fast shipping.

I have Topspeed pro 1 exhaust and Y-pipe with titanium burnt tips and no resonator, they look and sound exactly the same.

Hi,

I'm the one who made the video and who offers this exhaust under the "ProStreet N1" label !

some of you are right that this is basically the TopSpeed exhaust but with a few important modifications we make here in Germany in order to have the exhaust street legal for europe.

The law in Europe enforces us to have a certificate for every aftermarket part you put on your car in order to drive them legally - otherwise your insurance is obsolete and your car is not street legal. This certificate costs about 5000€ because you have to do several tests and pay the authorities in order to give you the approval paperwork.

Therefore we modify the rear resonator with a flange so you can mount/unmount it (mounted=street legal, unmounted=off road use only) and we make a special flange between the middle part and the rear muffler part which decreases the diameter of the inner piping so the sound level remains under 75dB (under certain conditions) which is mandatory to drive it on the street in Germany (and Europe) - of course you can put it on or leave it in the box ;-)

Furthermore we weld plates on every resonator with the certificate number on it which is a must-have for street legal terms.

Finally every exhaust system goes through a quality and fitment check before we ship it out to ensure flawless installation for the customer.

basically for people in the US there is no need to buy the exhaust from us as you do not benefit from the fact that it is approved to be street legal in Europe and you do not need the paperwork we supply.

However if you want to order the european version I would be happy to make you an offer of course.

Chris

Hmmmm. I hope Italy has not jumped on that bandwagon. At least is wasn't like that when I was there from 05-08. Good job with finding a solution for TUV. They are getting just as bad as CARB................
