I see no reason why it won't. In GA, they just hook up a cable to your OBDII port and check to see if you've had any recent CELs. As

I see no reason why it won't. In GA, they just hook up a cable to your OBDII port and check to see if you've had any recent CELs. As long as you haven't, you pass. It's that simple. No visual check, no sniffer. Heck, my 350Z passed and I was running test pipes! I think a lot of other states are the same way.
