Any material recommendation that can resist heat??

yea I tried to adjust the pipes. can't help it. T^T what if I take that cross member out? does that metal work as some kind of strut bar or

yea I tried to adjust the pipes. can't help it. T^T what if I take that cross member out? does that metal work as some kind of strut bar or anything that helps to hold the car better??
