Anyone put a set of bigger throttle bodies on a N/A engine? Result?

How much over was it bored?

Oem TB are 60mm wide
I bored it up to 62.5mm + the butterfly shaft is cut in half with the screw has being filed down and the butterfly plate has an angled cut all around . the cost ? 500$ for both of them .(250$ /each) |

im not sure it would be a good idea while being N/A on our twin TB intake
if, you get any positive news about this ,, let us know ! edit; btw , if you are looking or a 70mm TB ,, good luck with that on the 370z , because the diameter of the intake manifold is at 64mm + - 1mm ... Last edited by Megan370z; 12-17-2011 at 11:41 PM. Reason: adding info |
