Test pipes....but long tube headers will give your the best power band. They are essentially headers combined with test pipes.

Not to bash or anything, but you really need to start using the search feature. Your questions that you have been asking have been discussed at length already.

Test pipes will always give you better performance gains on this car. With a high flow cat you are relieving a good amount of back pressure however not all of it.

A test pipe is completely free flowing, "when designed properly".

Now the test pipes are technically "For Off Road Use Only" and high flow cats are usually 49 state OBD II compliant so most people opt to run HFC's as an alternative to stay compliant with smog testing.
