tanabe exhaust rattling
 

Recently I had a friend tell me that my exhaust was rattling so I checked it out myself. It turns out that it's rattling on the passenger side when idling. Whenever I put my foot on the tip of the exhaust with slight pressure it goes away but it comes back again when I take it off. Any ideas to fix it? It does sit pretty close to the bottom of my bumper but the driver's side is okay. Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it to a shop to fix it?

If you can't figure out where it is coming from your best off taking to a shop. Some ideas would be to make sure they removed the exhaust canister shield as that might be hitting.

Check your installation. Tanabe's don't rattle. You do not have to remove the heat shield.

turns out its somewhere around the Y pipe. Bringing it back tomorrow to have it fixed
