I have done this myself and it is a very easy install. Dont be afraid when people speak of the cutting involved. It is just shaving a little plastic down.

what do they offer wen it cums to tunes and how is the process?

Uprev has an e-tune service, you data log your car, send it back and they email you a tune. The better option is to go to a shop which specialize in tuning and dyno tune the car after all your bolt ons are installed.

There is an excellent diy on the gen3s. Look under tech area in the sticky section. It can be done easily at home.
