MXP exhaust feedbacks?

So Im debating over purchasing the MXP exhaust. I have talked to Lou from Amplified a little about it, but I'm looking for a little more feedback. I cant seem to find much information about it with the Catback alone without HFCs or TPs. How loud is it, lets say compared to ARK and FI. And is there rasp to it? Thanks Guys.
