Default CNT CBE/HFC video...

I know there isn't much out there about this exhaust and the price makes people nervous I'm sure so I decided to post a video. This is mainly for audio purposes as you can see my iPhone takes awful videos.

I have the CNT CBE and HFC... also have Injens but that doesn't really change the exhaust sound. I thought the setup came out pretty well. Felt some good gains too. This is one of the "quieter" exhausts I suppose but I couldn't imagine anything much louder... guess I am getting old.

You can see it has some moderate hiss but that is because of the HFCs (didn't have it without the cats).

Sorry couldn't get it to embed properly.

I've been contemplating on the idea of getting test pipes or hfc but did not want the hiss. After watching your video, I think I may hold off on it. Thanks

Unfortunately your getting the hiss with all pipes (except possibly arts but I'm not 100%). It's a component of the engine with free flowing exhaust. Most HFCs for our cars are nearly identical outside of some minor details. Check out the art pipes, I've heard they might help. They have a strange resonator built in.

Nice exhaust

I would suggest to include it in the exhaust database?
This way it won't get lost for others wanting to know how this exhaust sounds.

The ART pipes still have hiss. Generally, the more free-flowing the exhaust, the more pronounced the hiss. Resonators help, but aren't a 100% solution.

Honestly Cell it is a really small issue. It doesn't sound bad in person. The gains are worth it. You won't be dissapointed.

Hell if your decision is between HFCs and turbos I'd like to smack some sense into you lol. Most people don't debate those two.

Yea but that would be about two years from now, that was why I was considering hfc or test pipes.

I'm in the same boat. Do it. The HFCs hold their value relatively well. You could sell the $300 cnts for easily $250 in 2 yrs.
