It's definitely running rich and my mileage is down by a couple mpg. I can smell the gas in the exhaust fumes. It should quiet it down as well. It's been idling around 900-1200 rpm burbling and popping as it sits there. The mechanic is also going to reinspect his work and check to make sure that the 02 sensors didn't go bad.
