Adding HFC to stock exhaust

Do I need to flash the ECU if I add HFC's to my stock exhaust? This is my only mod besides K&N drop ins.

Just reset the ecu by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a few minutes.

Have you noticed any difference by adding the HFCs? Sound/ *** dyno? I have been thinking about doing the same thing, keeping stock exhaust with my intakes. What brand did you go with?
