Annoying Rattling

I was going crazy trying to figure out where it was coming from! I really thought it was something underneath too, I even got under and took out the heat shield above the mufflers trying to eliminate any possibilities. In the end I used automotive grade 3m double stick and did my plate and my plate frame, and now its gone!

What exactly and where do I got to put or what to insta I know washers but are we talking about bolt washers and put them qhere. Please help
