350Z to 370Z intake manifold transplant

Since the Motordyne seems to just be a 3.5 HR manifold, can we simply swap one onto the 3.7? I wasn't sure if there were other fitting issues involved.

Holes do not line up.

So you would need to fab a plate like they do then.

You need a plate like that and drill new holes in the manifold itself and new bolts.

I will add to that, you can definitely make it cheaper, but I would buy the MD manifold if I were interested in that mod. There's a lot of work to get it done, which to some people who are good at fab work would definitely be better, but for people like me who can put the part on, but not do all of the fab work... it just makes no sense. Plus, if something isn't right... Tony will make it right.

And making them isn't as easy as it may first seem. We make them bolted into a solid jig and machined in a CNC. Its the only way to really do it right.
