New F.I. Customer in DFW/Advice Needed from local folks

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum to the note of about 1 month. I did search and found no results, but if I missed it, I will take the flame like a man. :tiphat:

So the advice I need is about an installer. I am about to purchase F.I.'s Non-resonated HFC & CBE with 18 inch resonators and I need a good shop to install them in the DFW area. I don't want to put my car into the hands of a muffler shop that installs Super40's on 2002 Chevy's all day long. Do any of you guys or gals have a shop you trust with your car. My biggest concern is a quality install: Good fitment, good turn around, without breaking any parts, especially the o2 sensor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Thanks to Tony from F.I. He gave me 30 minutes of his time to answer my questions and ensure that I would be happy with my setup. His customer service is unrivaled by other unnamed competitors that gave my one word answers to my questions. Tony you da man!

If you check the regional section I'm sure the guys in there will be able to recommend you a shop.

I'll post in there as well. I'll leave this one up to get some front page space for a few hours, maybe I'll get some hits in both areas. Thanks man!

Take it to Pro Tuning Performance. They had a great:bowrofl:time installing my hi flow cats. They also installed a catback for me when I had an STi. It's a great shop, btw.

Thanks Nikkolai, went to the shop today and found out my buddy has had some work done on his 997 there. I'll be hitting it up for sure once my FI comes in.

I didn't like the quotes I got around Dallas for my install so I did the cats and cbe myself. Unless you are extremely busy and won't have a day off for a while, I highly recommend doing it yourself. Then you know its done right and have peace of mind (and a few extra bux in the wallet) :tiphat:

I wanted to do that with my hi flow cats but I got a good price. Thankfully, I did take it to get it done because I ended up having one demon bolt. I even soaked the bolts over night with PB Blaster.

Gotcha. I got lucky with my bolts. Mongo must have called in sick to the Nissan factory the day my Z was being assembled.
