Well the final number will still probably be lower than most are expecting. It was 110 degrees here in Vegas today. Not good for making power. Thats the whole purpose of getting a new baseline in the same temp conditions so you can look at the gains between baseline and cat-back instead of the overall number. Since the last time I dynoed the car I have put larger and heavier rear wheels/tires, added JWT intakes, and the air temperature has literally more than doubled. All of those have a huge impact on dyno numbers so the one I did today was ~15whp lower than my last dyno when it air temps were in the low 50s and I was on the stock wheels/tires.

So you're gonna wait until it's 50 degrees again ? Even though you dyno'd lower today the gains will still be the same. I definitely would take the intakes off but the wheels shouldn't really matter much. Tomorrow you should just go ahead and dyno the BERK exhaust with stock intakes. Why don't you do both tomorrow ? If nothing else you should use the rest of the day to install the exhausts and make videos of the sound of the exhaust ! I wanna hear the damn BERK exhausts and make a decision as well as a lot of other people I'm sure. If nothing else it's something to hold us over until we get the rest of the test results that apparently is going to be spread out over this week which isn't a REAL dyno comparison because it lets more variables happen when you don't do the dynos back to back. right ?

I know people are anxious to hear it, but I am not going to install and un-install it just to get a quick video put up a day earlier than I am going to anyway. Sorry if that pisses anyone off.

I think Bryan might have a clip of the exhaust with x-pipe, at Idle and revving, maybe you can get him to post it up before things get ugly, LOL IMO a lot of people on here (not all) are more interested in the sound/tone of the exhaust. On a daily driver, a good part of the driving enjoyment is the tone of the exhaust and engine. Most aftermarket exhaust are going to be pretty close in added hp numbers, somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-10hp. Me personally, I would sacrifice 5hp less for a better sounding exhaust. Of course if it was like 20hp difference, then maybe I would re-consider. but I don't think that will be the case. If there were 3 exhaust systems with only a 5hp difference in power, I would think people would tend to go with the one that sounds most pleasing to them.

Agree with the above statements but I would have to think that most would rather wait one more day for dyno numbers AND sound clips vs. just sound clips.

It is important to note that we are the ONLY manufacturer that is thoroughly testing their exhaust with HFC's. The two different 370Z's in either video have Berk HFC's installed.
Prototype #2. Berk exhaust with X-pipe & Berk HFC's. For comparison, prototype#1 without X-pipe & Berk HFC's.

Mike, thank you for all of the hardwork you have done! I know I have been a little much with weight specs, but your hardwork and dedication has really helped the community.
