Hey guys, yep that's my car Those are 20mm spacers on the rear and 15mm on the front. I have the Eibach springs installed with the SPC adjustable camber arms. I'm not sure what the camber is at the moment, I'll have to look that up, but they did return it more back to stock. After the Eibachs were installed there was noticeable neg camber, prob not bad, but I just wanted to get some better tire wear. With the adjustable arms I can always ad more neg camber for the track.

I didn't get to see the exhaust installed on the car, but i was able to see it, and I can tell you that the work they put into this system is amazing, the quality and the craftsmanship of the welds and braces are awesome.

Some design notes:

-Dual 2.5" Piping
-Custom made oval tips to fit the OEM bumper cutout
-True X-pipe - tangentially siamesed
-Optimal X-pipe placement for the VQ motor
-Does not hit the OEM cross brace, no need to tweak or fiddle with anything
-Flex sections in OEM locations for longevity (You NEED flex sections to soak up engine movement & vibration. The flex sections are not there to correct angle deviations.)
-100% bolt on with simple hand tools
Nice pics Brian, now where is the video you took

Ok, Berk Tehnology came up to Vegas yesterday and brought exhaust prototype #2 here for me to test! Exhaust prototype #1 was the one in the first video, true dual, made with mild steel just for fitment. Prototype #2 is full stainless and they have brought up both an X-Pipe and H-Pipe for me to test! Hopefully I can get in tomorrow to do a baseline dyno at a local shop, then I will proceed with the install and test both setups!

I'm sorry to be such a pest, but a weight measurement would be great as well.

No plans on an intake system at this time. However I will say that there is a 20% chance of Berk developing a true high performance header system for the HR motor later in 2009. That for another thread and another day though. On to the exhaust weight!

I just put the parts on our shipping scale and here's where we are.

33.2 lbs - rear muffler section
8.6 lbs/ea - B-pipes (there are two)
xx lbs - Y-pipe -The Y-pipes are out for testing at the moment, I expect them to come in around 15lbs. Will update shortly.

For a system that is a true dual (more tubing & more flange connections), with an actual tangential siamessed X-pipe, and flex sections we are taking a slight weight penalty over the factory system but the performance gains FAR outweigh the weight impact.

We could save a few pounds by going with hollow exhaust hangers and thinner flanges but we would rather forgo the 3lb weight savings and build you a more robust exhaust system that should outlast the car.

i'll be going with your hfc's and the x-pipe catback in the near future....just need to decide on a good solid cai system

Well, I did a baseline dyno on the car today, but I am not happy with it so I think I am going to re-try tomorrow. Basically for some reason either the car is detonating and creating crazy torque spikes, or it is something wrong with the dyno. The air fuel was also in the low 13s which is a little leaner than ideal, especially in the 110 degree Vegas heat. This is the same dyno and shop I have used for all of my past dyno pulls with this car and this same situation happened to me during my original dyno pull when the car was completely stock. Back then, I got gas from a different gas station per the suggestion of the shop, came back the next day, and got a good baseline. I have another appointment for 2:00pm tomorrow that was supposed to be when I dynoed the Berk Cat-back with H-Pipe, but I think I might re-try the baseline. As the intakes may have leaned out the air/fuel ratios a bit, I am going to put the stock ones back in temporarily just as a precautionary measure. I will also get a new tank of gas from a the same gas station I went to before I got a good reading last time this happened. Not sure if any of it will work but I don't think today's dyno is a good baseline for what we are trying to do. Sorry everyone. Hopefully this will only delay dyno numbers for the exhaust one more day.

Wtf..EPIC FAIL ! I honestly don't care about your baseline. I just want to hear the exhaust and see the final #..I know why the comparison is there but I just don't care anymore.
