Motordyne ART pipe, but Cat is necessary..

My current exhaust is HFC(300sell) and custom CBE. I'm very interested in the Motordyne ART pipe, but the catalyzer is essential in my country. So, I'm considering the Motordyne ART

I'm very interested in the Motordyne ART pipe, but the catalyzer is essential in my country. So, I'm considering the Motordyne ART pipe and Motordyne XYZ pipe(with HFC) and the next line customized. What I'm curious about is that the Motordyne ART pipe and Motordyne XYZ pipe(with HFC) would be better than my current exhaust or less, or same as. What is your opinion?
