I've driven over speed bumps, driven in downtown Seattle, driven up and down steep driveway and the only place I've scraped is at an intersection where the road has sunk a few inches because of the heavy semi.

You shouldn't not get the cbe because it may scrape. The guy who tested the cbe posted a video and wow that sound is what did it for me. Wish I could find that post. I think it was minicobra. When I hear videos of other cbe it sounds rasp, or high pitched.

It was Minicobra's post on this Forum.

My CBE was from the second GB. The only drone present is at 2K, but who runs the VQ37 at 2K?

At 3K the sound is gorgeous. Above 4K the sound is beast.

You can sound badass or you can slip right by the cops without a care with this exhaust.

scraping is a non-issue at stock height.

I can't wait to get my exhaust. Unfortunately berk is sitting on their hands with shipping it...

Love mine! Sounds exotic and only loud when you are really getting on it.

I think it makes pretty good power too.

Try to hear some exhausts in person if you can. Folks in the regions section will be willing to help out

I am also looking at the Stillen CBE. Anyone care to comment on fit, finish, sound, etc.. I see that their exhaust provides a 18HP gain. That is very impressive. Some of the sound clips are great. They advertise "no drone", which is what I am looking for.

Rofl this is somewhat true. I won't know how "tucked" the exhaust is stock until I get it on the car. But, I'm not really concerned as it is a simple fix.

I've heard both in person and IMO I like the Berk more. But that's just me. You should try to find some local people who have both so you can hear it for yourself.

OK, I believe I have decided on a CBE. It will be the Tanabe CBE. Does anyone know where to purchase for a good deal? This was not an easy decision with so many choices for the 370Z.

Thanks for everyone's input!!!!

You will not regret that decision. Try looking at some of the forum's venders. I purchased mine from Beastmode Performance.
