According this review thread, the only difference between the versions is the brackets:

About to order some new ART pipes, AAM S-Line Midpipe and AAM Short Tails in the next couple days for my 2015 Nismo. Going to try not to die from a lack of patience before it all arrives.. this video helped me make my decision:
