Hi guys I have the K&N 69 Series Typhoon Kits. And I found out that there are one line which is almost bind, and I have a pic for that.

Hi guys
I have the K&N 69 Series Typhoon Kits. And I found out that there are one line which is almost bind, and I have a pic for that. Can you tell me if the line can effect the car idle to fluctuate.this is the link.

And one more thing. Today I noticed when the battery gauge drop from 14.2 - 13.1 i just happened that I used the wiper to clean the window. the gauge went back to 14.2 and dropped back again. So what is the link between them .
