Hi guys I have the K&N 69 Series Typhoon Kits. And I found out that there are one line which is almost bind, and I have a pic for that.

Can you have a look and advice
Hi guys
 I have the K&N 69 Series Typhoon Kits. And I found out that there are one line which is almost bind, and I have a pic for that. Today I noticed when the battery gauge drop from 14.2 - 13.1 i just happened that I used the wiper to clean the window. the gauge went back to 14.2 and dropped back again. So what is the link between them . Thanks Guys and I really appreciate your help here
