Is there corraboration on that weight addition? That means a Ti exhaust would save about 27 lbs. compared to the Stillen...

I didn't weigh the stock or Stillen systems, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Stillen unit outweighed the stock one slightly. Neither is made from super-lightweight materials like Ti (although I have no idea the exact difference in metallurgy), and the Stillen pipes are larger and beefier throughout.
