I had the Ark CBE and Berk HFC installed and I am getting a really loud vibration coming from the back of the car, I think it is coming from

In cabin vibration form CBE
I had the Ark CBE and Berk HFC installed and I am getting a really loud vibration coming from the back of the car, I think it is coming from inside the cabin.
I checked the crossmember, no rubbing and plenty of clearance All the hangers are fine I even had a guy weld the two resonators togather because it looked like they where rubbing. I am at a loss her, anybody got any ideas? I will try and post a video of it in the morning
