Fast Intentions CB question

Here's a relevant question: Has anyone heard the 12" and 18" back to back? How much difference is there?

Thanks in advance guys, I did do a search but there wasnt sufficiant information for me to justify my purchase.

If you can afford it LTH with TDX CBE with at least 12" rest.
If not Test Pipes with TDX CBE 12" rest.

I went rest. test pipes with the SS TDX 12" rest. and its just right... not too loud but not to quiet. just right

I have the FI LTHs and 18" Res SS exhaust. Love it. Quiet on cruising, but still audible enough to know it's not stock. When I get on it, she roars to life.

Although, OP I find it hard to believe you did a search for F.I. info and didn't find enough... There are countless threads over it, not to mention the 2 main FI CBE threads, and the FI LTH thread...

Thanks for your input. I did find some but like I said it was not sufficient enough.

What wasn't sufficient? Have you tried calling Tony at fast intentions? If you have any questions/concerns over what setup to get or anything in that matter, he's your guy.

I have a SS cans, 18" resonator and HFC. Sounds Perfect at every RPM. I get compliments from all people. Usually like this

As it stands right now, I will be going with the Greddy kit. I am trying to get Zerolift and GTM to work something out so that I can go with GTM's kit though. All in all, either kit will do me right. I will update my OmegaRED thread once everything is finalized. Still need to work out my new F.I. TDX though.....

There is a difference in sound level of about 25-30%. The 12" are slightly closer to Non resonated where the 18" is much quieter.
