It looks like it's made of chrome as well. Can't remember where on the forum I read it, but I believe it was proven that chrome absorbed and retained more

It looks like it's made of chrome as well. Can't remember where on the forum I read it, but I believe it was proven that chrome absorbed and retained more heat from the engine than other materials. That, to me, would be a detriment to performance. Looks nice though.
I still think that for the money, you really can't go wrong with the HPS, Mishi, or Z1 tubes and good filter. Now, having said that, someone go buy the R2 and do a dyno to prove me wrong! ![]() |
