Default Help with metallic exhaust rattle? Video inside!

I just had my ART Pipes installed. I drove for about 25 miles without a noise. Stopped at my girlfriend's, and then drove another 10 miles home. When I got off the highway, I noticed this horrible metallic noise, like a pebble getting rattled around in a tin-can. It's pretty apparent in this video.

Can anyone help? Wtf is this? Is something loose? I know my shop cut the bolt on the driver's side of the exhaust - was it not cut enough maybe?

It almost sounds like a loose washer or maybe a gasket around one of your unions is loose.

It sounds like something wasn't torqued down, as opposed to failing, which is why the sound started after driving it around some. I remember I had the same sound in my 350Z when I ran over a plate-cover at a gas station (where they pump the gasoline into the ground) and it knocked the ART Pipe loose and caused the sound.

This sounds similar.

??? I just noticed the sound hours back. Every shop here is closed, it's dark out, and it's nearly impossible to crawl under the car with the drop.

Also, check to make sure the rubber hangars are in place, and none of the tubes are touching parts of the car (e.g. sway bar, support members, etc.).

Here is a much better video. Notice how as the idle drops the sound went away at the very end of the video.

Is it the polishing bead problem being talked about in the Motordyne thread?

I'm not familiar with those pipes, but on my hfc's I had a rattle from a loose plug that caps off the O2 sensor bung. Just make sure, cause this is so easily overlooked.
