4 hp is within the typical margin of error. If AC was robbing you of power at wot, the parasitic loss from the belt having to drive the ac compressor would be more than 4 hp. I would hazard a guess to say it would be more in the range of 10-15. Unless you did like 5 dynos, all consistently say 300, then with AC 5 more all consistently 296... Yeah, then that would be the parasitic loss. And if so, 4 whp is nothing anyone would notice, and definitely not a reason to spout why you might have 'lost' a 'race' -- I say that cause Ive heard that excuse before :P
