Default Fi cbe

I just purchased a carbon fiber FI CBE from Tony at Fast Intentions. I couldn't take the shiny canisters so the carbon fiber was a perfect fit for me. Now the 12 week wait begins...but I'm sure it will be well worth it.

I'm thinking of going with either the Borla CBE or the Stillen CBE. I'm in Canada so it's a bit more restrictive with regards to what's easily available to obtain here due to shipping and its associated hassles sometimes. I'd think about the FI, but I'm not sure what hassles to send it north.

The Ark will sound and look better but the stillen will have better fitment and more hp.

I wouldn't buy either though...

You'll get more info in the exhaust section.

Agree with the above - I wouldn't buy either. Go FI or HKS

I called Tony at FI and ordered an exhaust shipped right to Vancouver, no problem. Just be prepared for extra shipping costs and duty.

There was a guy drove all the way down from Vancouver to New Hampshire to pickup my FI carbon fiber. Does that inspire you?

Default XFORCE Nissan Performance Twin 2.5" Cat-back

Anyone have any information on XFORCE Nissan Performance Twin 2.5" Cat-back system for 2012 370z
I've been looking at their web site and Youtube etc. I can't find any feedback on performance gains or input on pricing etc....

Default Top Speed, Do not buy, run like heck!

I have just had some bad dealings with Top Speed Exhaust. I will post a review today on the poor Tig Welding and customer service, along with pictures today. abbey6217

Default Exhaust options

So I'm in the market for an exhaust system again. I had previously installed the Agency Power CBE in my Z. I loved how it sounded and got many compliments from co-workers, friends, an family. The only problem was it was slightly too loud at the end of the day. So I ended up selling it to anothe member. I am now reaching out to you guys & girls for exhaust options. Looking for something that has a good deep tone to it but not loud or drone of course. Also I think I'll be going with a hi flow cat this time around as we'll. So need help with choosing a cat that doesn't hiss or sound to raspy. When I was looking at CBEs in the past, I liked the YouTube videos of the tanabe medallion. Anyone running this systems? If so, thoughts. Before for I forget while making this decision process I will be doing some suspension work next summer so I need to avoid a CBE that would drag or scratch when lowered. Thanks.

I have the Tanabe Medalion and think it's great. It's definitely something you won't be selling for being too loud. Mine mellowed so much after about 400 miles that sometimes I wonder if it's too quiet. I'm not running any other associated mods, so I only really hear it when I mash the pedal, but it sounds so much better now than the harsh stock sound.
