Nice job! This was my first exhaust install too.

My driver side flex pipe was welded on a little crooked too but I was able to snug it down and it seems ok.

My passenger side tip sat higher also. I just lowered it with washers to make them even at first. Eventually I decided I wanted both tips sitting higher inside the cutouts in the bumper but was too scared to bend the hangers on the exhaust itself so.. supporting the exhaust with a jack stand, I took the driver side bracket off and bent it up instead (I picked up a spare one at Courtesy just in case I effed it up too much). These are very easy to replace and you don't have to jack the Z up to do it.

I actually just put the thing in a vice and tightened it down until I thought the bend at the end of the bracket had straightened out enough to raise the exhaust. It could still be higher but I'm done messing with this thing for now!
