Hello guys, I'm very broke right now so don't have budget to afford a whole new cat back exhaust I wonder if there are good ways to modify my stock

some help with exhaust sound please
Hello guys,
I'm very broke right now so don't have budget to afford a whole new cat back exhaust  I wonder if there are good ways to modify my stock exhaust to make sound better (I currently hate my stock exhaust because it's too restricted) Such as 1. removing a resolnator 2. removing a middle pipe 3. removing flex pipes? 4. get cheap HFC such as megnaflow 5. cut muffler and weld aftermarket mufflers (like Megan or etc) Which one is the most recommended? Are there any other ways?? Please help me experts!
