For future reference for other users who don't own stands or a lift. i just removed the OEM and installed an ARK utilizing the following.
1)Reverse car onto 10" ramps, put parking break on 2) place jack (with hockey puck on it)under driver side suspension plate (silver steel plate next to rear wheel) 3) jack up side enough to fit two planks of wood under the tire. (total height = 4") 4) lower jack so car rests on wood 5) repeat for passenger side |

Nope. I rolled the car backwards onto the ramps, than lifted the rear off the ramps so i could slide wood between the ramps and the wheel. the wood was the same shape as the flat spot of the ramp. Did this on the driver side, then the passenger side.
