I think they are using the hockey puck with a groove machined into it to jack the car up using the frame's pinch weld jack point. I ended up just jacking mine up underneath the differential housing and placing the jack stands underneath where the rear subframe mounts to the chassis. It was plenty sturdy when I swapped my exhaust.
