Help CNT Racing Test Pipe Install Issue

My shop was installing my CNT res. test pipes on my G37 and sent me a pic how the passenger side doesnt line up at all. The drivers side went

The drivers side went on fine tho. It seems like it is a defective peice and was wondering if anyone else has had a problem installing them. __________________ From Z to G to BMW and back to a G!
