Not sure if this was answered but are the stillen hfcs 49 state legal like the berks? I live in pittsburgh so I don't have to deal with the bull****

Not sure if this was answered but are the stillen hfcs 49 state legal like the berks? I live in pittsburgh so I don't have to deal with the bull**** that's in california.
