Default Just ordered k&N Drop Ins

Went from SRI to K&N drop ins to try it.

Owners chime in with your pros.....better gas mileage, quicker car, dyno numbers, etc. Still feeling sad to switch from sri to drop in but seems to be the consensus that drop ins are the way to go. should be here by the end of the week.

Thanks guys

What model do we need to fit our cars correctly? Also where did you find the best place to order?

Good job going from hot air intake back to cold air intake.

I ordered some today and they were 33-2399. That was what the K&N site said to use for our cars. Just remember you need to order two of them. I purchased from amazon.com for around $45/ea but you can probably find them cheaper elsewhere.

Drove with the drop ins today and am very pleased. Cars seems to pull more effortlessly than before. Hoping to get the extra 2 to 3 MPG like some ppl are reporting. The 15mpg I'm getting now sucks.

just installed them. Have them paired with aftermarket y pipe and top speed exhaust.

1. how long before the ECU learns my new setup as compared to my old one
2. Do I need a reset
3. So far car feels alot quicker!!!! WOW and I live in Florida

jnaut, I know your car is one of the fastest Z's out there. Without searching through your posts what intake if any do you run? Just curious.
