Never heard of that one. Don't bother with the HKS drop-ins... foam = yikes!

They don't make one for the Z34 that I can see and the gains look comparable to every other intake including K&N drop ins plus HPS tubes.

Nice piece, but if they make one for us eventually, pass -- too much money.

Agree on foam filters -- they flow well, but offer poor filtration and in theory, if they degrade, you could suck in some of the element.

If it had ductwork that sealed to the OEM cool air ducts in the bumper instead of being open like that, it might be worth it, but based on that design, I predict it would about break even at best with OEM airbox plus high flow panel filters and smooth intake tubes or perhaps G3 intakes that route the filters in front of the radiator.

Probably sounds cool tho'.

HKS Super Suction Reloaded. It's a full intake and with the Gruppe M, it's just the filters with stock rubber hoses that's not smooth.

Until someone shows me very clear dyno evidence to the contrary, I say the best bet is to go with high flow panel filters and smooth intake tubes on the OEM airbox.

Someone is working on a system similar to a (theoretically) better flowing filter that will be heat shielded and plug into the OEM bumper ducts, but it's not available yet -- I'd wait for that.

Otherwise, if you are determined to ditch the OEM airboxes, I suppose you could see about getting a set of used gen 3's.

Still, best bang for the buck IMO is panel filters plus smooth tubes.

I see.I not going for long tubes intake and consider more to short tubes intake so HKS Reloaded or Gruppe M came across my mind.Any dyno test made for HKS Reloaded?I saw a Docaam use the HKS Reloaded b4.He provide any Dyno result?

Forget the whole long tubes short tubes BS -- that's not what's making a difference.

What matters is where it pulls air from. The long tubes and the OEM airbox do it from in front of the radiator -- the short tubes do it from behind, and do not take advantage of the OEM cool air ducts.

Guess which set-ups make more power?
