^ Did I miss something? Is the Stillen exhaust not made of SS? 'Cause I'm pretty sure it is "pure" SS.

No problem. The Stillen kit the piping and silencers are stainless however thier flanges are not. I am told this is very common with cat-back kits. The AAM kit is 100% T-304 Stainless, even the mounting hangers are stainless. AAM does not cut corners on any of thier products. Add to the fact that the AAM kit is a couple of hundred dollars cheaper.

Muscle, you're missing a couple cylinders. I have NEVER heard anything less than an 8-cylinder that sounded "muscle".

^ I don't know about that. Because, of the longer rods in the VHR it sounds alot like a big V8. With the right exhaust tunning we could get a corvette-ish sound (minus the extra 2 pops). That being said, it's not so much the number of cylinders that give a car a "muscle" sound it's the cam. Big Cam=Big Lope. Lope is muscle.

You will just have to visit thier website. They sell both the Stillen, HKS, as well as thier own. Thier AAM 2.5" exhaust is very similar in design to the Stillen kit. They post a 12-16 rwh gain and then another 8 if you use the hi-flow cats.
