Thumbs up My Invidia Gemini Catback Installed

I had the Gemini exhaust installed for just over a week now and now I just thought that I'd show off my newly installed Invidia Gemini cat back exhaust. Bought it from a vendor on here for a great price.

My short review on it is that it's a very mellow exhaust with no drone or rasp. Great for staying off the radar during normal daily commute. When you get on it though, it screams. I have stock cats and the only other modification is the K&N drop in filters.

I went with the single layer titanium tips. I just didn't like the dual layer tips. This is a new batch, I believe, because the tips do not stick out as much as the others that I've seen. I just love the burnt tips with the Monterey Blue.

Highway driving is quiet. Sometimes, I would forget that I had an after market exhaust installed. But once you down shift, you will be reminded that you got some grunt in the rear.

Great exhaust from Invidia. Fitment is superb. No issues, rattling, or clanking were encountered. Bolted right up nicely. Did the install by myself in my garage with jack stands. Very easy bolt on mod.

great exhaust!

Sound is really perfect-- just a little extra grunt from like 2-4k, not obnoxious though.

Had one of these when they first came out, good pipe, ran it with TP's and it was loud
;-) nice choice.
Make sure you double check the tip clamps a couple weeks in and maybe locktight em.

Kastley did you hear any Nasty raspyness using this exhaust with test pipes? Or was it nice and clean.. Also did you hear the infamous hissing on deceleration with the exhaust and test pipe setup?

Yea I'd like to hear it. I hate the hissing noise. I'm guessing it's less his cause the resonators are before the x pipe

I can only comment regarding resonated test pipes: the hiss is barely there at all, no one notices.

That little resonated pre X does a good job. Heres standard TP's with IGCBE

Yea with the fi exhaust and headers it's extremely extremely noticeable and I hate the way the hissing sounds. I may want to try going with the invidia catback and just selling the fi exhaust.

how loud do you think the invidia exhaust is compared to the FI exhaust with 18" resonators. keep in mind I have FI headers too.
