Sounds good!:tiphat:

Nice price too, I may have to go with this exhaust.

I've been hesitant so far to do exhaust mods, not only because of the outrageous prices on catbacks but because my mustang really started rattling like crazy after full exhaust and I've enjoyed the rattle free ride of the z... Relatively speaking... (seems like the Z is Much better built than my 2000 Gt tho)

Hey brotha I have this exhaust only with the Top Speed Y pipe, but I also have stillen headers, and will soon have berk HFCs (just been to lazy to install them) but I was reading your thread and you said this has silencers. I didn't know that is what those are SO I tried to remove mine, but mine seem to be wedged in there, what tools did you use to get yours out? Thanks

kastley, sounds great without the silencers! Kind of a cool option to have though, in case you need or want to go a bit quieter. Great sound and performance for the $$$!

PDave - thx man, I like it and it fits with my project mentality ;-)

Yeah man, get some PB blaster and spray the lining of the inserts, leave for 5-10 mins, get a 6mm allen Key, stick 90 end in pipe and pull it back so it catches the insert, get some vice grips clamped on the other end of the key, short sharp pulls, work it at 12,3,6,9 O'clock, little bit at a time, they will come.
Take a look in my pic the tools are still there on the ground lol.

Ahhhh man I just got them off but I used some WD40...and all I can say is OOMMGG!!! this is ssiicckk!!! haha I read a lot about this exhaust before I bought it and it always sounded so good, I was happy with the sound at first...but now this is how I wanted it to sound!!! I cant wait to put my HFC's on...I'm going to do it this weekend, now I have motivation!! :happydance:

Nice man, I am going to run mine with TP's, but if its too crazy I will add back in the silencers, I spray coated them tonight (well 1st coat) with 2000d heat paint, they should blend in a lot better to the rear of the car.

nice!! I'm sure you will be happy with the sound! I will probably leave mine out, but if for some reason I want to put them back in, I will do so. That is a good idea to paint them. These pipes look so much better with them removed.

Kast, Painting the sound reducers is a great idea. Maybe a shorter low profile nut and bolt will look good also.

Mine goes on tomorrow!

Nice post up

Did quite a bit of work tonight...I installed my EVO-R fog, TopSpeed CBE, Y pipe, and B&M shifter. The exhaust is amazing. I cannot describe in words how good it sounds.

Nice dude, ,, interesting to see how that goes and sounds with the ARTs - sure you will love it.

Just got back from giving mine a good spanking, sounds great, silencers in or out, I can not notice any difference in power, I like the sound of both to.
